xi. Introduction 


Here, we will explore a more in depth breakdown of how this Physical existence is actually experienced and operated .


Go in with this primer thought in mind:


You are a Spiritual Being having a Physical experience.


Not the other way around.


The Spiritual Plane is where you have your true home. You are simply here having a brief Physical experience here to generate energy.


Energy is your currency.


Energy is your status.


Energy is your Power.


Again, the goal of this Physical experience is the generation of energy. When you generate energy you are empowering your status as a Spiritual Being. The energy generated here is what fuels the evolution of your Mind, your Soul, and Consciousness as a whole.


This lesson will discuss the vehicle along with proper care and maintenance.


I. Your Body is a Vehicle


Let us outline an alternative way to understand your human experience:


Your Physical body is a receiver for the Soul. 


You, the Soul, are broadcasting your individual frequency signal to this Physical body.


You are not the body, just as you are not your car, you are simply operating the body.

It is with this biological vehicle that you interact with and experience the Physical Plane. 


II. Care of the Receiver


Your Physical body is both your vehicle for experience and your home while you are in the Physical realm.


Like a good vehicle, and like a good home, if you take care of it, if you properly fuel it, if you maintain it, it will stay in optimal shape and will operate efficiently. 


If your vehicle falls in disrepair, it will fall apart (atrophy), become riddled with disease, and the Soul/Body connection will be lessened. 


Many mental and emotional disturbances may be influenced by a combination of physical health, emotional imbalance, environmental factors, and what we describe as "frequency tuning errors."


Future writings will explore this concept in greater detail. 


What you have been given though this biological vehicle is a gift of immeasurable value.


A gift to experience this life and to experience this Physical Space.


If you were given a gift of this magnitude today, would you not take care of it?


A. Fueling the Vehicle


Fueling your body with high quality fuel (food and beverage) is a top priority while in this experience.


Heavily processed foods should be avoided, when able, due to the caustic effect they have on the body. Biological vehicles do not have the proper means to metabolize and dispose of many of the synthetic compounds and chemicals found in processed foods. A large amount of physical problems, to include many cancers and diseases, stem from the inability to process this synthetic intake.


Allow us to belabor this point. Your body is designed to metabolize (extract energy and dispose of the waste from) natural food. Synthetic ingredients are brand new to this biological vehicle, which is the result of billions of years of evolution specifically designed to ingest the ingredients found in nature (plants and animals). Your body is designed to efficiently utilize specific fuels, and you are introducing unrecognized creations to the system. This is akin to pouring kool-aid cut gasoline into your fuel tank and expecting your vehicle to operate properly.


Water is a foundational necessity for the Physical vehicle. This is universally understood, but rarely to the degree of which it should be. It is acknowledged that an incredibly large amount of humanity has difficulty accessing clean drinking water. This is an issue that will be dealt with in the coming future. For those that have access, you should aim to drink 3-5 liters of water per day. You will be astounded at the changes simply increasing this intake will produce. We will go more in-depth as to why exactly it is that water is so important, through a less traditional lens, in future posts.


It is recommended that ingestions that damage the vehicle (such as alcohol and drugs) be avoided, or at the very least used in moderation. Note that this recommendation only applies to the less harmful of the bunch, which the body has built in mechanisms for breakdown and disposal (metabolism). In these cases, limiting intake is appropriate. This goes for alcohol, caffeine, and some of the helpful natural psychoactive substances. The take away here - moderation is key, moderation is mandatory.


B. Maintaining the Vehicle


Physical care and activity is the maintenance equivalent for this Physical vehicle.


Keeping your body in optimal shape by striving to not carry excess weight is the starting point. We acknowledge that this immediately produces a negative reaction in today’s society. Understand that we are not shaming those who are overweight, we are simply stating the fact  that reduction of weight to a healthy baseline provides the optimal functioning state for your physical vehicle. 


Strengthening of the Physical body through exercise is mandatory for a balanced vehicle. The modality is not of concern, but daily movement is necessary to keep the body functioning as it is intended. Remember, it is not only your musculature that is strengthened - it is your joints, ligaments, and bones that also reap the benefit.


A well rounded exercise program consists of: Strength training, cardiovascular training, and flexibility, mobility, and balance training. Again, the modality does not matter, let the above serve as an outline for your exercise design. Utilization of free AI programs can provide much of the information and program design to get your started in the right direction.


As with any vehicle, this Physical body will encounter issues, regardless of how meticulous of care that is taken. These are inevitable probability factors at play, and the only option is to do your best to preemptively avoid them (through proper exercise and diet), and aggressively deal with them when they arise. 


The vast majority of today’s Physical ailments can be dealt with through the balancing of Mind, Body, and Spirit. That said, modern medicine is an incredibly useful tool that should be used in conjunction with exercise, diet, and Mental/Emotional balancing. More often than not, medication can be used to bring an issue under control, and then removed once the work of Physical, Mental, and/or Emotional balance is obtained. Medication is often a band aid usefully utilized while the underlying problem is dealt with, not an end all be all to Physical healing.

Some will inevitably have much further to go than others in this pursuit - please understand that this is by design, and that your overcoming and mastery of this Physical condition is one of the purposeful challenges that has been placed in your life.
